I am trying to write a PHP script on windows for administrating the microsoft virtual server 2005 r2 can u guys help me to send a some sample script.

That is how you install PHP on a Windows system.

Next, administration is pretty vague. If you could give some more specific examples of what you are trying to do that would be helpful. I'm not aware of any popular Windows PHP modules available. Your best bet is to just Google around.
